Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Friday evening, weekends, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted. This includes product changes, shipping method adjustments, and address edits. Our fulfillment operations are automated to ensure efficient dispatch, and manual intervention is not always possible once processing has begun.
A shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to become active within the courier’s system.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Requests for order edits or address updates must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order. Once processing has started, changes are no longer possible.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Velouré New York is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.
Orders returned due to incorrect address entry, refusal, or failure to collect may be refunded as store credit only and may be subject to a 25% handling and logistics fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as Pre-Order require extended preparation time. Please allow 8–10 business days before shipment.
If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Delivery timelines begin once the order has been dispatched.

Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier capacity, severe weather, peak seasons, or logistical disruptions beyond our control.
Velouré New York is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs authorities.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom, EU & USA.
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout. All applicable costs are clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
If a parcel is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, the order may not qualify for refund or replacement.
Courier Selection & Transit Responsibility
Orders are shipped via carefully selected courier partners based on destination and logistical efficiency.
Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, transit responsibility falls within the courier’s network.
While we assist customers in communicating with carriers when necessary, Velouré New York does not control courier routing decisions or delivery schedules.
Tracking & Split Shipments
Tracking details are provided once an order has been dispatched and remain the primary reference for shipment status.
In rare cases, multi-item orders may be shipped separately due to warehouse logistics or stock availability. This does not incur additional shipping charges.
Tracking typically becomes active within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking indicates that a parcel has been delivered, customers should first check:
- Secure areas around the property
- With neighbors
- Reception or concierge services
- Parcel lockers
- Courier collection points
If the parcel cannot be located, customers should contact the courier to request delivery confirmation details.
Velouré New York may assist by providing shipment documentation and guidance during the investigation. Final resolution depends on the courier’s findings and available delivery evidence.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or exceeds a reasonable transit time, please contact info@velourenewyork.com so we may initiate a courier investigation where applicable.
Shipping delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather events, or global logistics issues are outside our direct control. We will assist in pursuing the fastest available resolution.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Orders returned due to refusal, incorrect address, failure to collect, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may be classified as undeliverable.
Such orders may be refunded as store credit only and may be subject to a 25% handling fee. Original shipping charges remain non-refundable.
Reshipping may require additional payment depending on the circumstances.
